A delicious, healthy, Asian inspired dish with a twist of Italian and a hint of spice
This is a dish that has been perfected through experimental and sometimes desperate University years. First of all, this is an affordable, healthy, well balanced meal. The vegetables are full of vitamins and the pasta has some carbs, while the cinnamon is full of antioxidents. The spice in this meal will actually boost your metabolism and help you lose weight while you eat.. The sugar and spice compliment each other perfectly and make this meal craveable. The kids will love it because it has noodles, and you will love it because it has noodles and lots of flavour. Whether you are trying to eat healthier or always have - this meal is for you.

Cooking Tips for This Dish and Other Favourites
- Always use a wine that you enjoy drinking because the flavours stand out in the food
- Never add the wine at the end of cooking because it will leave a raw taste
- Chili flakes are hot to people who don't eat a lot of spicey food so consider everyone eating the dish and how much spice they can handle
- Sesame oil is very potent so using too much will ruin the dish
